Hideaway IV & Aesthetics Policies
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment. Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in rescheduling your appointment.
Appointment Reservations:
Due to the popularity of our services, it is necessary to make an advanced appointment. Unfortunately, due to the frequency of “no-shows” or last minute cancellations, we have had to implement a new policy.
Scheduling and cancellation:
Hideaway IV and Aesthetics has always had a cancellation policy in place, but we wanted to reiterate the specific requirements to help you avoid a cancellation fee.
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Hideaway IV & Aesthetics scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please know the only way to cancel your appointment is to call the office at 603-527-8127. If we do not answer, leave a message! We cannot accept cancellations through social media or email.
All no-show appointments with no notification to us will result in a fee of up to $100. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75. This courtesy enables us to compensate our staff for their time as well. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for that reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. If you are frequently late cancelling or no-show 3 or more times, we will require a deposit to schedule an appointment. The deposit fee is based on the service requested. We ask all new and established clients to supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. As a courtesy we remind you of your appointments via text and email 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please confirm your appointment via text or email. You will not be able to book your appointment unless we have a working credit card on file at the office. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no show. We understand that there will be emergencies and exceptions, we will deal with those on a case-by-case basis.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment time or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.
We ask that first time clients arrive at the office 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete new client paperwork and pictures.
Pricing:
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Care Credit. Payment is due at the end of the service. Refunds/Returns:
All services, gift cards and retail products are non-refundable and non-returnable and or non-transferable, this is non-negotiable.
Packages:
To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment or sale. Package pricing is nonrefundable, nonreturnable, and non-transferable and may not be applied to other treatment areas.
Children:
Small children are permitted in the treatment area but must be under adult supervision at all times. The safety and well-being of the child/children is the responsibly of the parent. To maintain a quite, professional atmosphere, we ask that you consider the volume of the child’s conversations.
Special Needs:
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or illnesses you may have so we can better accommodate you.
Confidentiality:
All clients of Hideaway IV & Aesthetics can be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services. Any information/photos collected are the sole property of Hideaway IV & Aesthetics and will not be shared until full written consent is provided to us by the client.
Gratuity:
We do not accept gratuity as we are a medical practice.
